This hotel is perfectly situated, right in the heart of the city. It's just a short walk to all the famous attractions, and the metro station is conveniently close by. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff are friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast offered is satisfying and there are facilities such as a fridge, coffee maker, and daily water supply in the rooms.
The small staircase leading up to the hotel entrance, which may be a slight inconvenience for some guests.

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable with very comfortable beds and pillows. The air conditioning was perfect, and the shower was good. The staff was very nice and tried their best to serve us. The hotel's location was convenient, close to all tourist attractions, and in an area without any noise.

The personnel was kind and helpful anytime, especially the lady in reception and the guys in the lobby. The room was beautifully decorated, very clean, and comfortable. The hotel was new, clean, and quiet. The staff was welcoming and the female receptionist was extremely helpful in finding activities and transportation options. The bellboy was also very helpful. The breakfast was good and the location was central with easy access to public transportation.

The staff at Grand Marcello were extremely friendly and accommodating. I had an issue with the heating system in my room, but they quickly resolved it and made sure I was comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring all the attractions in Sultanahmet and doing some shopping. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. I also appreciated the easy access to the tram and metro stations. I had a nice stay at Grand Marcello and would recommend it to others.
